Tech Business Systems Analyst Order Capture
Required Skills & Competencies -
· 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst, ideally in global transformation programs.
· Expertise in business analysis techniques and Agile/Scrum practices.
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ / Order Capture solutions (Conga or similar).
· Familiarity with SAP integration concepts and pricing workflows.
· Proficiency with Lucidchart and Azure Dev Ops.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
· Strong critical and analytical thinking with ability to perform root-cause analysis and recommend scalable solutions.
Role Summary
Technical Business Systems Analyst Order Capture serves as the technology subject matter expert within a Feature Group, bridging business needs and technical solutions. This role leads business systems analysis for Order Capture and supports onboarding of business segments to standardized future-state capabilities. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, and engineering teams to refine backlog items, validate technical feasibility, and deliver high-quality features that enhance Go-To-Market execution and the Sales Rep experience.
