Job Description

Analyze and interpret Basel III reforms and other credit risk regulatory requirements (MAS, HKMA, BNM preferred).
Translate regulatory requirements into system and functional requirements for implementation.
Work with Moody's Risk Authority (RAy) to configure, validate, and maintain credit risk reporting frameworks.
Update and manage RAy configurations used for deriving credit risk reports.
Develop expertise in intermediate and final result tables within RAy and utilize them for report validation and reconciliation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between regulatory requirements, business needs, and system capabilities.
Assist in the design, UAT, and validation of credit risk solutions and reports.
Document requirements, workflows, and regulatory interpretations in clear business terms.
Support governance, audit, and compliance reviews by providing detailed regulatory and system insights

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Strong experience in regulatory reporting and compliance in the banking/financial services domain.
Exposure to MAS, HKMA, or BNM credit risk regulations.
