About The Role
We are looking for a Tech & AI Content Course Creator to join our global Content Research team based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
You are the architect behind the scenes and builder who can make sense of the rapidly evolving AI landscape to enable high-impact learning journeys. This role is perfect for business graduates, consultants, analysts, former developers, technical writers, system architectures, or product managers who have a passion for tech and AI enablement.
What You'll Be Doing
Curriculum Architecture & Design
- Design the Blueprint: Develop end-to-end syllabi for our flagship AI programs, ranging from 2-hour executive briefings to AI Agent intensive bootcamps.
- Build the Project First Experience: Create hands-on, portfolio-ready projects that solve real-world problems (e.g., building a workflows, custom chatbots, automating lead generation, or AI-driven data analysis).
- Storytelling with Tech: Translate dry technical jargon into engaging, narrative-driven course materials, slides, and scripts.
- Experience and Expose to Bluechip Companies and Executives: Influence executive-levels and businesses by shaping the digital transformation strategies of C-suite executives and industry leaders.
R&D and Technical Prototyping
- Constant Experimentation: Actively test the latest AI tools (LLMs, Image Gen, Automation platforms like Make/Zapier/N8N/Loveable etc) to determine what is hype and what is high-value for our learners.
- Bridge the Gap: Prototype the workflows our students will build, ensuring every line of code or No-Code automation is robust, repeatable, and easy to follow.
Global Collaboration & Iteration
- Feedback Loops: Work closely with our Lead Instructors in HK and SG to gather classroom feedback and rapidly iterate on content to ensure it hits the mark.
- Localisation: Adapt global tech trends for the specific needs of the Hong Kong and Singapore business ecosystems.
Requirements
- The AI Native Mindset: You live in the terminal, the playground, and the automation canvas. You have a deep, practical understanding of Prompt Engineering, API integrations, AI-driven productivity through Agentic AI training and solutions.
- Instructional Clarity: You can take a concept as dense as Vector Databases and explain it through a metaphor that sticks. You have a flair for visual and written communication.
- Technical Versatility: A background in Software Development, Data Science, or Technical Product Management is highly preferred. You should be comfortable with Python (basic to intermediate) and No-Code tools.
- The Speed of AI Pace: You thrive in an environment where things change weekly. You view a software update not as a nuisance, but as a reason to rewrite a chapter.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a significant plus for our HK/SG market.
