Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Teamcenter Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in
Teamcenter Easy Plan and
manufacturing process management. The ideal candidate will act as a
Business Systems Analyst (BSA), bridging business requirements with technical solutions within the
Teamcenter Manufacturing and Opcenter ecosystem.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT to support
MBOM, EBOM, BOP development, and TeamcenterOpcenter integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant / Business Systems Analyst for Teamcenter manufacturing solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders.
- Work with Teamcenter Easy Plan to support manufacturing process planning and configuration.
- Support development and maintenance of Bill of Process (BOP) structures.
- Manage and maintain MBOM and EBOM structures within Teamcenter.
- Support integration between Teamcenter Easy Plan and Opcenter (CN4T).
- Lead and participate in System Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities.
- Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure smooth system implementation.
- Ensure proper data flow between Teamcenter BOP, MBOM, work instructions, and Opcenter.
- Provide functional documentation, system configurations, and process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience working with Teamcenter PLM application.
- Expertise in Teamcenter Easy Plan (Manufacturing Process Planning).
- Good understanding of Bill of Process (BOP) development.
- Experience managing MBOM and EBOM structures.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter Manufacturing modules and configurations.
- Experience supporting SAT and UAT testing activities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter Easy Plan configuration.
- Experience in MBOM configuration and management.
- Understanding of data flow from Teamcenter BOP / MBOM / Work Instructions to Opcenter.
- Experience in Teamcenter Opcenter integration (CN4T) is highly preferred.
