Description:
. Document Management: Responsible for producing, editing, proof-reading, and formatting a wide range of documents, including research papers and speeches. Ensures accuracy and consistency in all written materials.
. Data Entry & Filing: Maintains comprehensive electronic and paper filing systems, including archiving important documents and entering relevant data efficiently and accurately.
. Scheduling & Coordination: Manages diaries, schedules meetings, and arranges travel itineraries for individuals, teams, or departments. Coordinates logistics to facilitate smooth operations.
. Communication Handling: Receives and relays telephone messages from both internal and external sources, ensuring timely and effective communication within and outside the organisation.
. Operational Support: Oversees the day-to-day running of the assigned business unit, addressing administrative needs and providing support to ensure seamless functioning.
. Team Collaboration: Works closely with other administrative support staff to foster strong communication and collaboration, ensuring coordinated efforts across the organisation
