The Team Member is responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations with a strong focus on food preparation, hygiene, and quality control. This role involves hands-on work in mise-en-place, meal assembly, and maintaining kitchen discipline. Flexibility to work in break shifts is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Hygiene & Food Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across your workstation
- Follow all food safety protocols and kitchen SOPs
Food Preparation (Mise-en-place)
- Perform prep work including chopping, marination, portioning, etc.
- Ensure quality and consistency in ingredients before cooking
Cooking & Meal Assembly
- Assist in cooking processes and assembling meals as per standard recipes
- Work efficiently to meet daily meal targets
Support Packing & Dispatch (as needed)
- Occasionally support in meal packing and dispatch based on operational requirements
Workstation Maintenance
- Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used properly
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School (10th Pass)
- Experience: At least 12 months of relevant kitchen or food service experience
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit for fast-paced kitchen work
- Hygiene & Appearance: Good personal hygiene, clean-shaven, disciplined, and punctual
- Flexibility: Willingness to work break shifts (10:00 AM3:00 PM & 7:00 PM12:00 AM)
- Team Player: Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team

- Shift Type: Break shifts (10 hours total)
- Meals Provided:
- Meal (Rice + Indian Curry) per shift
- Meals provided for those working full break shifts
