Role & Responsibilities

Role:

Product Research team member - responsible for identifying & validating customer needs, product features and future vehicle concepts, with the aim of bridging the gap between consumer expectations and product development.

Responsibilities:

.

Conduct research on user preferences, pain points, and unmet needs through qualitative and quantitative methods.

.

Validate vehicle concepts and feature sets through surveys, focus groups, and in-market experiments.

.

Analyse vehicle feature desirability, pricing elasticity, and willingness-to-pay.

.

Benchmark global vehicles & track innovation trends in vehicle design, connectivity, and sustainability.

.

Work closely with Product Planning, Design, & Engineering, Marketing teams to guide product specifications and value propositions.

.

Manage third-party research agencies and data providers to deliver custom studies and reports.

.

Present actionable insights to leadership through dashboards, presentations and executive briefs. 5 Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

Research Methodology Knowledge - qualitative & quantitative

Analytical skills - analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Data Visualization skills, including MS PowerPoint skills.
