Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions

Compliance Will be responsible to drive brand and legal compliance of

all communication developed by the team

Vendor Management

Coordination & Negotiation: Co-ordinating for quotes for

printing basis business requirements negotiating rates

basis optimum usage of collaterals, coordinating with

courier agency for dispatches streamlining the process &

implementing the vendor payment

Marketing Support

Visualization & Brand Conformance: Creative

development basis the concept, providing digital support

by creating web banners reducing dependency on

agency, an eye for detail approach, develop business

reports, presentation for customer facing, liasoning with

central brand team for brand conformance across digital

& physical mediums.

Sales Support

Designing & Adaptation: support business by developing

sales collaterals meeting business requirements both on

online & physical medium, liasoning with relevant

stakeholders, identify opportunities to provide cost

effective solutions without compromising on quality &

procedures
