Responsibilities
Handling Operations processes for major Europe locations.
Handling Originations process for UK/France/Spain locations
Learn and support other FCE Operations activities Accounts Service, Retail cash allocation, Wholesale, MDRO processes based on business requirement.
Reporting the daily SLA and Quality metrics to People Leader.
Support ongoing projects and new system launches.
Qualifications
Provide support to other processes as required
Bachelor's / Master's degree from Commerce / Business
