Key Result Areas (KRA)

  • Learning & Development
  • Identify organizational learning needs through structured Training Needs Analysis
  • Design and deliver learning programs
  • Develop training modules using instructional design models (ADDIE)
  • Facilitate workshops and learning sessions
  • Talent Management
  • Manage the end-to-end talent management cycle
  • Conduct potential assessments
  • Facilitate Talent Council meetings
  • Manage DACs (Development Action Committees / Discussions)
  • Maintain and analyse talent data and reports
