Key Responsibilities
- Payment Processing
- Execute and validate international wire transfers, crossborder remittances, and foreign currency payments.
- Review payment instructions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensure timely processing of transactions within SLA and cutoff times.
- Reconciliation & Issue Resolution
- Reconcile daily payment entries and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal teams to resolve failed or delayed payments.
- Maintain detailed documentation for audit and quality purposes.
- Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Provide email/voice/chat support to international clients regarding payment status.
- Communicate professionally with banks and financial institutions worldwide.
- Handle inquiries related to currency conversions, charges, and payment timelines.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly payment reports.
- Maintain logs of processed transactions and exception cases.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Technical Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of international payment systems (SWIFT, CHIPS, SEPA, Fedwire).
- Basic understanding of foreign exchange (FX) and crossborder banking operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems like ERP SAP.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail with errorfree processing.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problemsolving and analytical abilities.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Commerce & Finance.
