Service planning and strategy- Motor EW Claims Management

  • Derive and deliver strategies for the improved and optimized claims service experience to manage motor EW claims
  • Quick resolution and process fine tune to handle pandemic/catastrophic like situation and always maintain defined service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stake holders for implementing corrective actions to improve and strengthen the bottom line.
  • Ensure compliance related parameters are met without any deviations5.Assess and approve high value claims in an efficient and timely manner to achieve prompt resolution and settlement.
