Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Digital Alliances

Department: Digital Alliances
Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru
Reporting To: Head - Digital Alliances

Role Overview:

The role involves driving growth through digital partnerships across fintech, healthtech, insuretech, and consumer-tech ecosystems. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities and scaling existing relationships to deliver sustainable revenue and brand visibility for Aditya Birla Health Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

New Partnerships:

  • Identify and onboard new digital partners across fintech, healthtech, e-commerce, travel, wellness, and lifestyle segments.
  • Develop partnership pitches, business cases, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with ABHI's digital insurance proposition.
  • Negotiate commercials, co-create products, and drive end-to-end closure from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and underwriting teams to develop customized insurance solutions tailored to partner ecosystems.

Existing Partnerships:

  • Manage and grow key digital partner relationships to ensure consistent revenue growth and engagement.
  • Drive joint marketing campaigns, product enhancements, and digital activations to increase conversion and retention.
  • Track partner performance (GWP, conversion, leads, loss ratios, etc.) and implement initiatives for business improvement.
  • Ensure seamless operations, SLA adherence, and service delivery in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product, Tech, UW, Finance, and Ops teams to ensure timely go-live and partner satisfaction.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance presentations with key partners and internal leadership.
  • Drive innovation through API-led embedded journeys, micro-insurance offerings, and digital-first distribution models.

Key Deliverables:

  • Revenue targets (GWP & profitability) from digital partnerships.
  • Number of new partnerships signed and launched per quarter.
  • Increase in partner activation, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Strengthened digital brand presence through collaborative marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 4-8 years in digital partnerships, business development, or alliance management, preferably in BFSI / Fintech / Healthtech / Insurtech domains.
  • Education: MBA / PGDM preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making ability.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
    • Understanding of digital ecosystems, API integrations, and tech-enabled insurance distribution.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
