- Create case studies, success stories, and presentation material for internal and external use.

MIS & Data Management | - Develop and manage CSR MIS systems for tracking project progress, fund utilization, and impact metrics.
- Regularly update CSR dashboards and ensure data accuracy across units.
- Generate insights from MIS reports to support decision-making.

Coordination with Units | - Liaise with CSR leads across all units and CSR Cluster Heads to gather project updates, resolve queries, and ensure uniform documentation practices.
- Provide guidance and support to unit teams on documentation standards, reporting templates, and data management.
- Coordinate unit-wise data consolidation for corporate-level reporting.

Meeting Support | - Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agenda, and coordinating logistics with relevant stakeholders.
- Draft and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for internal CSR meetings, review discussions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Follow up on key action points and maintain a tracker to ensure timely closure.
