Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Performance Monitoring
- Lead, monitor, and manage a team of CROs.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance productivity and sales performance.
- Track and evaluate individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct quality checks (QC) on field visits and provide corrective guidance where required.
Sales & Business Development
- Accompany CROs on client visits to support high-value conversions when required.
- Scan the current market landscape to identify new business opportunities and untapped segments.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and overall business expansion.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Oversee timely and accurate renewals of insurance policies.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives for Mediclaim and Motor insurance products.
