Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Performance Monitoring

  • Lead, monitor, and manage a team of CROs.
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance productivity and sales performance.
  • Track and evaluate individual and team performance against targets.
  • Conduct quality checks (QC) on field visits and provide corrective guidance where required.

Sales & Business Development

  • Accompany CROs on client visits to support high-value conversions when required.
  • Scan the current market landscape to identify new business opportunities and untapped segments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and overall business expansion.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Oversee timely and accurate renewals of insurance policies.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives for Mediclaim and Motor insurance products.
