Job Description

• Ensure availability and escalation handling of all facility management-related issues

• Respond immediately to priority service calls and operational issues

• Conduct regular site rounds to ensure housekeeping standards and facility upkeep

• Develop and improve housekeeping processes, policies, and operational procedures

• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, janitors, and support teams

• Plan schedules and workloads for housekeeping teams for maximum efficiency

• Coordinate with plant heads and stakeholders to resolve complaints

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports

• Ensure completion of checklists and compliance with defined formats

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and shift performance

• Manage inventory of consumables and ensure timely procurement and supply

• Monitor equipment functionality and maintain service records

• Conduct facility inspections to identify issues and initiate corrective actions

• Ensure vendor performance adherence to SLAs and conduct periodic reviews

• Handle landscaping, cafeteria, and support service coordination

• Track employee feedback and service improvement inputs

• Maintain compliance with procurement procedures and FM standards
