Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Manager - Sales based in Kochi. The Team Manager will oversee sales operations, manage and motivate a team to achieve targets, and develop strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, training team members, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, and fostering effective communication within the team and with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales counselors/advisors
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews
  • Coach and train team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value leads
  • Ensure CRM updates, data accuracy, and compliance
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
  • Prepare sales reports and share insights with management
Qualification

  • Proven experience in EdTech/B2C sales
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Target-oriented with strong analytical skills
