- Building and hiring a strong team of sales professionals.
- On-boarding new members, inducting them into basics of Real Estate sales and in the PropTiger.com pitch; explain expectations / objectives / targets clearly.
- Assisting the team in meeting targets, helping in larger client meetings.
- Interfacing with Central Marketing & Technology Team to facilitate adequate leads/ marketing support for team members.
- Interfacing with Developer Relations team to ensure a clear understanding of the focus properties among team members.
- Executing on-ground marketing activities like kiosks in corporates, clubs etc. to generate local self-leads for the team.
- Establishing client base of organizations, associations, social & corporate businesses through direct & indirect outside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded.

- Experience in direct sales in a team leading role.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
