Team Manager

What you'll be doing:

We are seeking a skilled Team Manager to oversee operations for AI/LLM projects, specifically managing

content writing, data annotation, and related workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project

execution, team coordination, and delivery excellence while maintaining high operational efficiency. The

ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize

company growth and business. You will manipulate datasets, create financial models, and summarize

findings in a succinct manner for client's usage.

Responsibilities as Team Manager:

Operations Management

Plan, execute, and monitor projects involving content writing and data annotation.

Develop and enforce operational workflows to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and KPIs.

Effectively Manage SLAs, WBR, QBR, MBRs.

Team Leadership

Supervise and guide a team of content writers, annotators, and AI/ML engineers.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training programs.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Provide project updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Quality Assurance

Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to defined quality standards.

Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to workflows and processes.

Process Optimization

Implement tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and project scalability.

What we need you to bring:

Bachelors/master's degree in any domain

5+ years of experience managing operations for AI/LLM projects, content writing, or data

annotation.

3+ Years Experience in People Management.

Strong project and operations management expertise.

Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, data labeling tools, and content management systems.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
