Job Role
Run and manage process of telemarketing.
Lead generation for assigned portfolio.
Manage team of telemarketing officers.
Track and monitor performance of team members.
Provide timely feedback for performance improvement.
Liaise with Sales team to ensure timely conversion/closure of leads generated.
Co-ordinate with dialer team to ensure that correct mix of data is churned through dialer to maximize utilization of raw data.
Hiring and training new joinees to meet capacity requirements of process Key Result Area will include.
Volume of lead generated (target Vs achievement).
Lead Conversion rate Call quality other relevant quality parameters.
Process efficiency Employee Retention Productivity Customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize and work out monthly execution plan based on sales targets set by state/region.
Will be responsible for lead generation for North region.
Capacity planning & headcount planning will be critical areas to focus.
Develop and implement training structure for team members.
Train Tele Marketing Officers (TMO) at branches as per requirement from regional sales team.
Provide resolution of queries, requests received from centralized team as well as branches.
Manage escalations on ongoing basis.
Resolve issues by coordinating with branch sales/credit team.
Gather and analyze market intelligence.
Provide inputs to improve product offerings.
Build effective plans to improve telesales operations.
Work continuously to improve effectiveness of centralized telemarketing team Build , monitor and maintain sales force across multiple locations as per agreed staffing plans.
