We are looking for an experienced Team Manager Business Operations to lead operations teams in a travel-tech / BPO environment. The role involves managing people, processes, and client relationships while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and guide an operations team
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery
• Track team performance and ensure quality compliance
• Set KPIs, identify process gaps, and improve efficiency
• Handle client communication and manage expectations
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
• Support project transitions and process improvements
• Coach and mentor team members for growth and development

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience leading an operations team (BPO / KPO / ITES)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English)
• Strong client-handling and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in project transition and process improvement
• Proven coaching, feedback, and people management skills
• Knowledge of contracts and global destinations is a plus
