Job Duties and Responsibilities: Team Development & Management
Recruit and develop a high-performing team.
Impart product knowledge and provide training to the team.
Motivate team members to maximize their potential.
Recognize and reward team members for outstanding performance.
Reduce attrition through effective leadership and support.
Mentor the team to help them achieve their career goals.
Processes and Systems
Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) effectively.
Ensure timely claim submissions and settlements.
Proposal Submission
Analyze clients financial needs and assist in selecting suitable plans.
Support the team and customers in making informed decisions.
Address customer queries and ensure smooth proposal submissions with all required documents.
Requirements:
Completion of mandatory Training program to understand the insurance sector.
Strong people management skills.
Graduation degree (mandatory).
Sales experience (preferred but not compulsory).
