The role of a City Head for the Home Loan (HL) Direct Selling Agent (DSA) Channel is a senior management position responsible for the overall sales, business development, and relationship management within a specific city or region, focusing on generating business through a network of DSAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Drive home loan sales and achieve revenue and disbursement targets for the assigned city/cluster. This includes developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share.
- Channel Partner Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other channel partners to ensure a consistent flow of business leads and referrals.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, motivate, train, and manage a team of sales managers and executives. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing guidance to help the team meet individual and collective goals.
- Operational Excellence and Compliance: Oversee the entire loan process from application login to timely disbursement, coordinating with internal credit and operations teams to ensure a seamless process. Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, credit guidelines, regulatory requirements (such as NHB/RBI guidelines), and compliance standards.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Constantly monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local opportunities to refine sales strategies and provide feedback to product development teams.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer and DSA queries, issues, and early delinquencies promptly and effectively, collaborating with relevant teams like collections to resolve issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular, data-driven reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team productivity to senior management.

- Experience: Proven experience in home loan sales and distribution, with a significant background in managing DSA or channel partner networks.
