Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage and motivate a high-performing telesales team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for driving the team to exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance feedback. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales techniques to ensure both individual and team success.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Lead and inspire a telesales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and constructive performance feedback to team members.
  • Monitor sales calls to enhance sales techniques, ensure quality, and maintain compliance with all regulations.
  • Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement effective strategies for improvement.
  • Motivate the team to achieve targets and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.
  • Ensure all team members are proficient in sales processes and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in insurance tele sales is required.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or team management role.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • A deep understanding of tele sales best practices and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
