Job Title: Team Leader – Financial Services

Job Description:

We are hiring a Team Leader for our team at Aditya Birla Capital.

The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team, guiding them in financial product sales, and ensuring business growth. The role includes client handling, team motivation, recruitment support, and achieving monthly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and support team members for daily business activities
• Recruit and train new candidates for the team
• Guide clients with suitable financial planning and investment solutions
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and team performance goals
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service
• Monitor team productivity and provide strategic support
• Coordinate with management for business development and reporting

Requirements:

• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in sales, finance, banking, or insurance preferred
• Ability to handle team and client relationships professionally
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Graduation preferred

Location: Kolkata - Prkstreet ( North - East Zonal Head office )
