Assisting in team development by mentoring members and supporting their performance improvement.

Coordinating with internal departments for documentation, verification, and smooth onboarding activities.

Maintaining regular follow-ups with team members to ensure engagement and productivity.

Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback for skill enhancement.

Organizing team meetings, training sessions, and motivational activities to maintain a positive work environment.
