Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader/Territory Sales Incharge located in Etmadpur. The individual will oversee sales operations within an assigned territory, manage a team to meet sales objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing strategies to boost sales performance, monitoring and coaching team members, meeting with clients to build relationships, and providing regular reports on performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Client Management skills to effectively manage relationships and achieve targets
  • Team Leadership and Performance Monitoring skills for coaching and mentoring team members
  • Strategic Planning and Analysis skills to develop and implement sales strategies effectively
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in using technology for tracking sales and reporting metrics
  • Experience in sales operations within a similar role is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
