We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader for our Telesales department in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and team management, with the ability to lead a team to success.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team handling tour and travel sales packages

* Drive team performance to achieve sales targets

* Monitor daily operations, productivity, and quality metrics

* Provide training, guidance, and support to team members

* Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery

* Handle escalations and improve overall team efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
