Job Title: Team Leader Sales (With Team)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 36 Sales Executives / Relationship Managers.
Drive revenue generation across Equity, FO, Currency Investment Products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly brokerage targets.
Acquire HNI and active trading clients.
Monitor daily brokerage, margin utilization, and client activation.
Conduct daily performance reviews and sales meetings.
Support team in client acquisition and deal closures.
Ensure client retention and relationship management.
Coordinate with RMS Operations for smooth execution.
Mandatory Requirements
5+ years experience in stock broking sales.
Currently handling a team (team migration capability preferred).
Strong local network in Kolkata market.
Proven revenue generation track record.
Good leadership and communication skills.
