Homez & Own is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Sales who can manage a sales team while also being hands-on with client handling and deal closures.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, good knowledge of the Noida market, and the ability to train, guide and motivate a team.

• Manage and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Train and guide team members on sales, follow-ups, client handling and closing.
• Handle clients, negotiations, site visits and deal closures.
• Support team members in closing deals and converting leads into bookings.
• Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, site visits and overall team performance.
• Maintain proper CRM updates and sales reports.
• Identify performance gaps and provide regular coaching to the team.
• Build strong client relationships and handle escalations when required.
• Stay updated with the Noida market, projects and current market trends.

• 2–3 years of sales experience is mandatory.
• Candidates from any industry with relevant sales and team-handling experience can apply.
• Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Noida market is required.
• Must have experience in team handling/training and client management.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and able to take ownership of team performance.
• Candidate should be currently based in Noida and familiar with the local market.
