Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth for the hospital's services and products. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, who can effectively manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and strategize for future sales activities.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional development and continuous learning.

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Use data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for the sales team, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Keep the team updated on new products, services, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services, products, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and drive results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
