Job Title: Team Leader – BPO Recruitment

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: Staffing / Recruitment / BPO

Experience: 5–8 Years

CTC: As per industry standards

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BPO Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for volume and mid-level roles across the BPO/ITES sector. The role requires strong stakeholder management, team handling experience, and the ability to drive hiring numbers within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for BPO and contact center roles
  • Handle volume hiring mandates (Customer Support, Technical Support, Team Leaders, QA, Trainers)
  • Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, references and vendor networks
  • Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT and quality metrics

Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters
  • Monitor daily productivity metrics (submissions, interviews, offers, joins)
  • Provide training and mentoring to recruiters
  • Drive performance management and hiring targets

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with clients / internal business leaders for requirement understanding
  • Conduct regular review meetings on hiring progress
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and delivery quality

Process Excellence

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation
  • Improve hiring efficiency through process improvements
  • Manage offer to joining ratio and reduce dropouts

Business Contribution

  • Support business development teams with market intelligence
  • Participate in client calls and hiring strategy discussions
  • Help in building recruitment pipelines for future demand

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in BPO / bulk hiring
  • Team handling experience (minimum 3–5 recruiters preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong data tracking and reporting ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
  • Experience in staffing firms will be a strong advantage
  • Experience handling international BPO hiring is a plus
