Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Real Estate Sales, located in Vijayawada. The Team Leader will oversee sales operations, manage and motivate sales teams, set objectives, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, building client relationships, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth while maintaining high standards of client service.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
  • Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Sales strategy development and market analysis abilities
  • Communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to the dynamic real estate market environment
  • Relevant experience in sales leadership roles; prior experience in real estate is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
