We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader -Physician Billing - for our RCM Medical Billing team in Nungambakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and a proven track record of leading teams to success. This role requires an individual who can drive performance, ensure compliance, and enhance the skills of team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of medical billing specialists AR callers, AR analysts, Charge entry, Charge posting teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
• Review and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in RCM processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in billing practices.
• Handle client calls efficiently.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies for efficiency and productivity.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) US healthcare medical billing, Physician Billing (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10) and insurance guidelines.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent Communication in English and confident in handling team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet the TAT.

Shift timing: 4 pm to 1 am (Mon to Fri)

Salary: Will be matched according to previous salary and experience.

Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.
