Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader RCM process in Medical Billing, located in Nungambakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical billing and a proven track record in leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AR teams, ensuring client SLAs and operational targets are achieved.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to medical billing.
- Monitor team performance, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to enhance communication and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Analyze billing data and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare reports on team performance and billing metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Overall 7-10 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM) leading a team of AR callers and AR analysts with at least 2 plus years of experience as TL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a thorough understanding of RCM processes including Accounts Receivables, Denial Management, Days in AR, Ageing above 90 days, Collections, and Bad Debt.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using billing software and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Note: Should have experience in Provider side physician billing.
Salary: Will be matched according to previous salary and experience
Shift timing: 4 pm to 1 am.
Work Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.
