Role Overview
We are looking for a
result-driven Sales Manager - Outbound (US Market) who will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound sales efforts, managing a high-performing sales team, and handling end-to-end sales operations for the US region.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in outbound sales, team leadership, and closing deals with US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound sales strategy targeting the US market (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of SDRs/BDEs/Account Executives
- Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and track team performance
- Ensure high-quality lead generation and pipeline management
- Build and maintain relationships with US-based clients and stakeholders
- Conduct sales forecasting and ensure revenue predictability
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to align outbound campaigns
- Analyze call metrics, conversion rates, and optimize outreach strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports to leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Outbound Sales / Business Development
- Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience
- Strong exposure to US market (mandatory)
- Proven experience in B2B / SaaS sales
- Expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and sales funnels
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
- Target-driven with a strong data-oriented mindset
