About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Team Leader to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in service-based industries such as KPO/BPO and will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring performance targets are met, and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team in a KPO/BPO environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Monitor team performance using key metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
- Drive productivity, adherence to SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process standards.
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in KPO/BPO or service-based industry.
- Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
- Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach to performance management.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Punjabi.
- Ability to work in shifts (Morning / Evening / Night).
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
