About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Team Leader with a strong background in
staffing, recruitment, and consulting. The ideal candidate will have
3+ years of proven experience in
business development, client acquisition, and team management within the
manpower and consulting industry. This role involves leading a high-performing team, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality Non-IT staffing solutions.
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and account management initiatives.
- Provide direction, training, and performance monitoring to ensure team success.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering customized workforce solutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and implement action plans.
- Identify team training needs and organize effective development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and client SLAs.
- Forecast hiring requirements, allocate resources, and maintain service excellence.
- Represent the company during client meetings and PAN-India travel assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or consulting.
- Proven team handling and leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work in a remote setup and willingness to travel across India.
- Strong understanding of Non-IT and general staffing functions.
Education
- Graduate degree required.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.
