Job Title: Team Leader Staffing & Recruitment (Non-IT)

Location: PAN India (Remote with Travel as Required)

Industry: Domestic Recruitment & Staffing / Manpower Consulting

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader with a strong background in staffing, recruitment, and consulting. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and team management within the manpower and consulting industry. This role involves leading a high-performing team, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality Non-IT staffing solutions.
  • Drive business development, client acquisition, and account management initiatives.
  • Provide direction, training, and performance monitoring to ensure team success.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering customized workforce solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and implement action plans.
  • Identify team training needs and organize effective development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and client SLAs.
  • Forecast hiring requirements, allocate resources, and maintain service excellence.
  • Represent the company during client meetings and PAN-India travel assignments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or consulting.
  • Proven team handling and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote setup and willingness to travel across India.
  • Strong understanding of Non-IT and general staffing functions.

Education

  • Graduate degree required.
  • MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.
