Job Description

The Team Leader is responsible for guiding and managing a sales team to achieve targets and optimize performance. The role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, and coaching team members to ensure maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Plan and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of targets.
  • Identify training needs and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.
  • Coordinate with management to align sales activities with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, client requirements, and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, finance, or institutional sales.
