Role: Team Leader
Responsibilities :
Automotive Industry Expert:Deep Automotive/Technical experience and Team management
- Technical University degree or acquired by experience and technical certification (where and when required), Lean/Scrum certification (nice to have)
- Understand vehicle-specific failures and product features (Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV), Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of products, processes, and procedures
- Knowledge of OEM Systems (repair and diagnostic tools, IT systems)
- Good root cause investigation methods and analytical skills
- People-oriented and a team builder with leadership skills
- Problem solver and results-oriented, customer-oriented and proactive
- Organized and comfortable working under pressure
- Fluent in English and fluent in one of the languages the agents team is called to manage.
- Language preferences : French/Italian/German/Spanish/Turkish/Dutch (Fluency - Read & Write)
