Team Leader (Marketing)

Job Description:

Develop new business opportunities and expand market reach in the printing & packaging domain.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production/technical teams for smooth order execution.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.

Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
