Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Kolkata. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, guide and mentor team members, monitor performance metrics, and ensure team goals are met. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize productivity, conducting regular team meetings, and addressing any challenges to maintain efficiency within the team. Ensuring high levels of customer service and fostering a collaborative work environment will be key priorities.
