The opportunity

With new project awards and continued growth, we're creating a team leader role to ensure current and future staffing requirements are met on time and with the best available talent.

You will lead a high-performing global recruitment resourcing team (with delivery centered in India) to source, screen and partner with recruiters to select employees for Mace across the Middle East and Africa.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of global recruitment resourcers to deliver consistent, high-quality talent pipelines and meet SLA/quality standards.

  • Building data led sourcing strategies that identify people with the right skills, experience, and cultural fit for Mace leveraging employer brand, referrals, and market insights.

  • Screening and shortlisting against specific criteria (skills, platforms, qualifications, relevant experience) and ensuring data integrity across Oracle/Taleo and ATS/HR systems.

  • Presenting candidates and sourcing intelligence to recruiters ensuring accurate profiles that meet the requirements for the roles.

  • Coordinating interview scheduling with recruiters removing blockers and driving an efficient candidate experience.

  • Championing governance, process compliance, and reporting continuously improving ways of working.

You'll need to have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience in fast-paced, complex environments, and you're confident partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries.

  • Proven team leader capability in resourcing/recruitment, ideally within the construction/property/engineering sectors.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle/Taleo and other ATS/HR databases adept at social media sourcing and professional networks.

  • Ability to assess technical, behavioural and cultural fit, with a focus on integrity, inclusivity, and candidate experience.

  • English and Indian language skills (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) are a significant advantage.
