Skills and Qualifications
- 4-12 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Mandatory Speaking in Domestic and Hindi language
