Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-12 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Mandatory Speaking in Domestic and Hindi language
