Role & responsibilities

• Managing and growing the existing channel
• Recruitment of Sales Officers (Off-rolls and On-Rolls as per the manpower budget)
• Ensure desired productivity per Sales officer is achieved
• Regularly monitor and control cover notes
• Responsible for achieving the top line and bottom-line targets thru channel
• Provide end to end solutions to customers thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met
• Coordination with the various departments for the approvals and smooth issuance of the Proposal
• Nil Discrepancy
• Conducting Periodic training sessions for team members
• Ensuring renewal targets are achieved
