About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Credit Analyst (Report Generation) to lead our credit analysis reporting operations supporting international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team deliverables, ensuring report quality, maintaining SLA commitments, and driving operational excellence across reporting workflows.
This role requires strong experience in credit report generation, team handling, quality control, and global client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Credit Analyst report using sources like MCA, GST, Udyam, IEC, and UAE DED portals
- Ensure timely delivery of client reports as per defined SLAs
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Monitor daily productivity and workflow allocation across the team
- Review and validate credit reports before submission to clients
- Coordinate with international stakeholders and clients for reporting expectations and clarifications
- Implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
- Track team performance and ensure adherence to delivery timelines
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
- Support training and mentoring of analysts for capability enhancement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Credit Analysis / Financial Report Generation
- Proven experience in team handling and operations management
- Exposure to companies like CRIF India, Dun & Bradstreet India, Creditsafe, or GlobalData
- Exposure to international client delivery environments
- Strong knowledge of credit assessment frameworks and financial documentation
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment

- Experience working in ITES / Financial Services reporting environments
- Exposure to process improvement and quality frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills
