About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Team Leader Fundraising to support our crowdfunding initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can actively contribute to fundraising through telecalling while effectively managing and mentoring a team to achieve campaign targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising initiatives through outbound telecalling for active crowdfunding campaigns
- Supervise, coach, and manage a team of telecallers to ensure consistent performance
- Set daily targets and monitor individual and team fundraising metrics
- Drive achievement of fundraising goals while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide on-the-job training
- Prepare performance reports and share updates with management
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fundraising through telecalling
- Prior team leadership experience in crowdfunding, NGO fundraising, or tele-sales
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Ability to perform in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
