Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, based in Kottayam. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with various departments to achieve dealership goals. Responsibilities include monitoring sales activities, developing team strategies, providing training and support, and maintaining high standards of service quality.
Qualifications
- mini 2 year as a team leader in automobile sales
- Leadership and team management skills
- Sales experience and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, specifically Volkswagen, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
