We are looking for a
hands-on Team Leader with
International BPO experience to lead, coach, and drive performance for an
enterprise client process.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO
- Current/previous designation must be Team Leader (on paper)
- Experience handling Voice or Blended processes
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
- Immediate joiner (can join within 1 week)
