Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, based in Jajpur. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team, ensuring individual and collective performance goals are met. Key responsibilities include mentoring team members, establishing clear objectives, delegating tasks, monitoring daily operations, and providing reports to management. The Team Leader will also play a crucial role in fostering team collaboration, addressing challenges, and ensuring operational efficiency to achieve business goals.

• Operational excellence, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with managing daily workflows and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within teams and with stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of two-wheeler financing or prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing business environments and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and the use of relevant software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or related fields is preferred.
